Payment, cancellation and refund policy: Prepayment is required for all bookings at the time of booking. You may change your booking to another date/time provided at least 24 hours' notice is given. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued for unused vouchers.
